RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. We want every customer to have a satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your home decor purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

2. To qualify for a return, the home decor product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and related materials.

3. Customers must contact our customer service team before returning any home decor product and provide order information and the reason for the return.

4. Returns that do not meet our return requirements may not be accepted or may be subject to reduced refund processing.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is requested due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering incorrectly, or no longer needing the home decor product.

6. We will cover return shipping costs when the home decor product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue caused by our store.

7. Once the returned home decor product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within approximately 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
